Processing your order

Our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to have your order dispatched within 3 working days from when your initial order is placed (not including weekends or bank holidays).

The payment transaction is an instant payment and is charged in full at the time of purchase. Should the item ordered be out of stock a full refund will be made to you.

You can collect from our shop in Thrapston if this is more convenient to you. However to protect our customers against fraud, picture identification will be required.

Refunds

Return your unwanted purchase within 21 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn and undamaged. Please note that refunds do not apply to sale products. Returns postage is to be paid for by the customer.

UK delivery

Delivery is free for orders over £150 within the UK.
Delivery charge is £5 for an order under £150 within the UK.

Shipping to USA

Parcel Force

Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set charge of £25 for all orders and takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to enable you to check on delivery of your orders.

Shipping to EU countries

EU deliveries are made by Parcel Force, taking an estimated 3-5 days. A standard delivery charge of £15 to all EU countries.

Shipping Worldwide

Worldwide deliveries will be made by Parcel Force a standard charge of £25 will be made.
